How long does the ink last?
The life of the ink is about three years unopened and two years after it is opened as long as the lid is tightly reclosed.  It is best to keep it at room temperature and out of direct sunlight to avoid ultra violet ray deterioration.  

What about the ink?
Our ink is of high quality ink. It is identical to or better than the manufacturer's ink.  By using electron-gas spectro analysis our chemist finds the different chemicals and percentages of the chemicals used in the manufacturer's original ink . Printers require ink with certain drying times and mixing capabilities.  Because we match our inks with the manufacturer's inks, these drying times and mixing capabilities are exactly what the printer is designed for.   All our inks are microfiltered so there is never a question of quality.  

What comes in the kits?
Each kit comes with ink, syringes, instructions and diagrams.   The syringe is used to inject the ink into the cartridge.   The instructions and diagrams help with the details of filling your cartridge.   A few common household items are not included in the kits.   We suggest you work on newspaper in case you spill some ink.   Also, some cartridges will require a piece of tape.   In some cases when refilling for the first time a butter knife will make you job quicker.

Is it easy to refill the cartridge?
Filing your cartridge is a simple task.   You take the syringe, fill it with ink, insert it into your cartridge, and inject the ink.   We suggest you work on newspaper in case of accident. Some cartridges need the injection hole to be covered with a piece of tape.  First time filling of HP cartridges require you to pop off the lid.   This can be a little tough, but anyone can do it.  Anyone who can follow directions can refill their cartridge.   Refilling can take between 3 and 15 minutes depending on the person.   However, if you do have problems give us a call and will provide technical assistance.

Is it messy?
It can be messy if you're not careful.   I've refilled in a suit, tie and white shirt and not gotten ink on me.   However, I have refilled carelessly in old pants and a t-shirt and gotten ink all over them.   So it all depends on if you're careful or not.

What if I have a problem?
