Q. Does the JR Inkjet void my warranty?
A. According to Hewlett-Packard, the use of a refilled print cartridge does not affect the warranty unless failure or damage
is attributable to it. This is typical of all manufacturers' warranties. Keep in mind that the ink does not touch any part of the printer or
internal parts other than the cartridge and print head. The ink is applied to the paper as the paper is fed through the printer.
Q. Are the colors the same as the original?
A. For all practical purposes, yes. If there are slight variation in color, they can be adjusted through software.
Q. Will JR Inkjet clog my printer head?
A. No. The Jr Inkjet ink is refined to 1/2 micron in purity. By comparison, Hewlett-Packard inks are refined to only 1 micron.
Q. Is the JR Inkjet Refill System messy?
A. No. The JR Inkjet Refill System uses a blunt needle injector which allows you to precisely control the filling process. Other
refill kits use a squeeze bottle and does not allow for precise control.
Q. How many refills will I get from a JR Inkjet refill kit?
A. That depends on the capacity of you cartridge. For example: You will get approximately 10 or more refills with the Canon BC11 cartridge and about
1 - 2 refills with the Canon BC20 cartridge. Most Hewlett-Packard cartridges average approximately 2 -3 refills.
Q. My printer is not listed, can I refill my cartridge?
